You can climb this a (somewhat) direct start option for Mare's Tail. It climbs over this blocky stuff, up and right to a thin dihedral where a couple 10- moves get you up and onto the ledge. Then traverse right to the start Mare's Tail. <br> <br> The foreshortening makes it a bit tricky to see/annotate, but once you pass the hard part you just walk over to Mare's. <br> <br> If you compare to the other topo posted here, this start goes straight up above the words "shared start".
The start of the route is out of view, but it starts about 40-50 feet to the right of Dappled Mare start and just a couple feet to the right of a tree. The first bolt is directly above the tree. Traverse left to the bolt passing an old piton with a wire o
