I Need a Place to Live!!!! Boulder, Co

Hey all,

So my lease is up in Aug here in Boulder and I have not had the best luck finding a place... yet!

I pay $515 + utilities and really enjoy south boulder.

So I am into the outdoors. I started a local guiding business in Boulder, and work two and sometimes 3 other part time jobs, so I stay fairly busy during the week and have weekends off. I have a lot of gear, which I am not opposed to putting in a storage unit, but would rather be in a house with some storage space, or garage/basement. I also have a climbing wall we could maybe put up in your Garage or an unfinished basement???

More about me, single, respectable, clean, mature 27 year old male. I like to climb and climb more, cause whats better than climbing, more climbing. I also enjoy kayaking, camping, fishing, frisbee, biking, bbq, Alpine climbing etc...

Please feel free to give me a call anytime, thanks Jon 970-319-4578.

The helmet alone says you're a good man. Nice battle wounds on it.

got two rooms opening Aug 1st in South Boulder. $400 a month + split utils. storage space is plentiful, rooms are small. looking for more community oriented, helpful and active people so climbers are a plus.

There might be a place we can make it work. There's an alcove downstairs that might be just right. Maybe meet up next week.

Josh,

As far as storage space being plentiful, I just thought I would let you know some of the larger items I have... and that can be stored outdoors... 3 kayaks, 3 bikes, and thats about it, besides some skis and tons and tons of climbing gear.

I have a king size bed and I usually have it high off the ground to accommodate most of my gear... Also have a foos ball table that I may need to get rid of, but maybe we could throw it up somewhere... Working today and manana, sunday, I may head up to the diamond... Monday is looking better...

talk to ya soon.
