Wow, how did it let you get so close?

When I took this photo the fawn was hidden in the tall grasses just off of the trail. I have to guess the mother left the fawn hidden while she was hiding somewhere close herself, or off eating. The fawn was trying to stay still so we "wouldnt see it" haha... too cute. we didnt stay long as to not draw a crowd.

That is such a great photo. Reminds me of the Chameleon with the broken blender on Dr.Dolittle, haha
