Boulder Roomate Wanted

for those looking for something a little more dirtbag, I live in a 5 br in south boulder, and gonna have 3 moving out this summer. Would love to have another resident climber.. also.. any day now I might have a functioning Hot tub. rent is 400 and bills split 5 ways

josh- when are you going to need those roommate(s) by bc my lease ends at the end of may and i dont know if my roommate wants to re-sign.
