Tobin Sorenson belays Mike Graham on Insomnia. The midway belay was considered legit because there is a solid stance there...almost hand's free...check out the belay seat we all carried around before harnesses came to play.

If you're skinny with no muscles, and don't want to party with that Frankenstein layback, just stay left and jam. You can even place a green Camalot in the middle of the crux.
