Kevin, I'm sure 'Mork from Ork' got his fashions from seeing you. Bobby, as I post up this photo, I challenge you for 'best ass and legs' honors. Whillens harness and Vibram lug sole shoes. Circa 1977.
And once I got some EB's, Chouinard double layer canvass pants, a bandana and small stuff sac used for a chalk bag, well I looked so much better, eh?

'Gym shorts up the crack' should have been the name of the route.

Now THIS is what the 70's did to us.

Ha! Woodchuck, those are great. I think you win! Besides, my skater cut is no match for your 'fro. Well played, sir.

Hey Bobby, my 60's big hair stuck around through most of the 80's before I figured out it was time to go. At least the tighty gym class shorts and calf length socks were tossed long before that. And being a poor white boy, I'd call my hair a 'natural' instead of a 'fro, , 'bro'.

Nice Ass shot WC!

Here's me, in the lime-green sweat pants, doing my first lead at the Gallery wall in Red Rocks, spring of '91.

Don't EVEN get me started with my lycra phase. Dangerous colors. Maybe a new post about your 'worst look' would be better than your first photo.

I agree that all the old photos are fair game ........ most embarrassing ........ worst/best lycra...... funkiest hairdo..... LET US BE THANKFUL THOSE DAYS ARE BEHIND US. (for the most part . )

Natanya needs to work on her gear rack management I believe.
Jimbo, those pants are fabulous. Find them, cherish them.

There goes me saying a climbing harness is never sexy. Let the 70s porn music take us to the next post.
