I love the overkill of the locking biner in conjunction with the piece!
I was low on slings so I used those tie-offs instead. They just happened to be on that locker.
Seems kinda dicey for A-1...
It would have been more impressive if the locking carabiner had been on the end clipped to the rope. That would have shown some serious concern for the integrity of the system.
