Sure is. Two route that I know of. One by Ken the other by Hubbel. Old, old bolts. I remember a single 1/4 inch belay!

Gee, I didn't see any 1/4" bolts, just a lot of newer hangers and anchors. Most of the routes looked pretty stiff. Clearly doesn't see too much traffic, though there was quite a camp way down below there once upon a time.
