Where is the waterfall in relation to the Totem Pole? I assume the waterfall is south? From the Totem Pole, I walked down to the river and went north with no luck. I assume once Hackberry Creek is reached, one should head south, downstream? The waterfall was mentioned in the description of climbs Dacite Conspiracy and Easy Street.

Thank you Marcy. Great info and a great pic! Is that waterfall present year round or just in the spring?

Marcy, good job on the description and directions. My only addition would be...

After the windmill and just before the road takes a pretty steep hill up to the central parking area there is a shallow turn off on the right for parking. This would be an easy place to stop and hike into the Hackberry area.

Then again, if you're there for multiple days and camping. I'd set camp at the main parking area where it is flat and centrally located.
