I never thought harvesting tomatoes at 3am could be so much fun! : ) And no tomtato eating insects either! The Diatomaceous Earth is doing a great job!<br>

Nan-Cat, a hardcore scrambler of Red Rock, and one of my best friends. I've missed you dearly! Sigh....the trouble we used to get into in those canyons! I remember a lot of, "Oh my god, oh my f*#king god, I'll never do that again, I'll f*#king never do that again!" Only to do it, again, and again, and again........

In my early days of scrambling (late 90's) in the canyons of Red Rock. Before I knew anything about "technical rock climbing." I miss those days when I felt so free, and brave, or stupid.

"The Rain Tree", a 3,000 year old Bristlecone at Mt. Charleston, Nevada. Holly, and Karen put there for scale. : ).<br>

Our sky, and star gazing outing turned into a fun little adventure , as we forgot our headlamps for the hike down in the dark on that moonless night. Ooops. <br>

It wasn't much of a problem for Jonny who has great night vision, probably from years of rigging in the dark. I'm not that lucky, but had realized that I had my cell phone on me, and used the lit up screen as a nite-lite, which by the way, worked out great.

Our tomato plants are producing like crazy! We have several varieties; Beefsteak, Lemon Boys, Huskies, Romas, Big Beef, and Cherry tomatoes. It's our first shot at growing tomatoes, and it's a success. : ) Yummy!<br>
