I'm thinking that Neptune's may be too small of a venue for this show....

I would agree. Neptune's kicks ass, always has, always will. It's just a little small for a very rare Bachar show.

Edit too add- No pre sold tickets for this show. Just at the door only.

I had a really good time at the Bachar show, he said he hadn't been in Boulder, Colorado since the later 1970s, and it was good to see him alive and kickin'. I can't remember seeing a slide show that was 90% or more free-soloing and on that note alone this show was uniquely awesome. His aerial acrobatics have always dazzled even the strongest climbers, and it was good to see how he has evolved with climbing through its ups and downs. I liked the Miles Davis sound track that went along with the show and knowing how he likes sax and all think he should strive to put his incredible climbing legacy to notes. Thanks John Bachar, Access Fund, and Neptune Mountaineering for organizing such a great show and event. Also the premiere, Up Slope beverage was really good.
