Maybe someone should take the time to install a glue in to replace the bolt in question. Hangers tend to come off when sideways forces are applied causing the hanger to rotate and thus loosening the nut. Since a true glue in is one piece it can't rotate and solves the problem, one could potentially locktite the nut on as well, may or may not work.


Of course the other situation where the rock itself comes off is a little harder to deal with
