This guy's been operating this stand for 15 years. I've been eating burgers there for 8 years and I'm still not quite sure what a "sex burger" is. I guess at this point it doesn't matter much. They are great though!

Brilliant marketing. Picture yourself stumbling out of the Tambo bar at 3am after hours of flirting, dancing, and drinking with the Tambo 'professionals'. You see a neon sign flashing 'SEX' (which is the only thing on your mind) and stumble toward it. You get a little closer to SEX and then see the rest of it... Sex.... Burger..? Oh. I AM kind of hungry. Burgers sound great!
