I'm heading down to Denver on Thursday and have the weekend free if anyone is up for some moderate (.6-.9) trad or sport (.8-.11). New to the area so I would definitely be open to suggestions on where to head to (not sure what is climbable this time of year). I'm interested in checking out Eldo but just an idea. Have rope, light rack and draws for sport. Like I said not looking to kill it, would be stoked to get out to someplace with some nice moderates and scenery. Hope to hear from some people.

Hi Jason,
While the weather is supposed to be a bit damp on Thursday, if the forecasters are wrong, which is quite probable, it would be great to get out on Thursday. Let's touch base on Wednesday (manana).

Armin,

Sounds like a good time, unfortunately I have to be in Denver on Sunday so a road trip is off for me. Have an awesome time though in Indian Creek.

I too am looking for a partner for Friday afternoon. My thought was to head up to North Table Mountain in Golden, CO. I am happy to rope-gun up to 10b. Ed Webster is doing a slide-show at 7pm in downtown golden, so we could try and climb early afternoon and head to the slideshow at the AAC. The cost is $10, but I wouldnt mind skipping it if we are having just too much fun.

cheers.

Still looking for a partner for today. I'll be wandering around the overhang/brown cloud area begging belays. Happy to rope-gun mid-tens. Beginners welcome, as I am happy to lead 5.7/8 as I am to (try and) lead 5.11a.

call me if you want a belay monkey or want to be one.
