Do the trees grow diagonally in Kentucky?

Guessing just a wide angle lens?

They'll grow at at an angle to catch the sunlight.

They will gow at an angle... but generally away from the cliff, not towards it.
I dont recall those trees being off-kilter.

the trees are perpendicular to the ground, the picture is tilted and the wall is actually leaning toward the trees. a ton of my pictures from the gorge look weird like this one
