Query - Photos OF a user

We can list photos submitted by someone by going to their personal page and looking at photo contributions, but I'd like to be able to see photos contributed by anyone OF that person. We can tag "who is in the photo" on the photo pages, could we have a section on each personal page with "Photos of User"?

In theory this is a good idea, but from my causal observations very few users actually take advantage of adding the names of the people in the photo.

Doesn't mean it still wouldn't be useful - just saying the results would be fair from completely inclusive.
