I used "Autostitch" to make this. Unfortunately, you lose resolution when stitching photos together. If anyone can recommend a better program to use to maintain the resolution, please let me know and I'd be happy to upload the higher-res version.

Mike - check the option settings in Autostitch. You can create a higher resolution photo if you set the options properly (Output Size, JPEG quality). Be warned -- it will take a long time to generate!
