I don't know this area, but that sure looks like a bolt, 2 - 3 feet below a protectable crack?

Well...I guess there's only one way for you to find out.

Having climbed this route a few times myself I can assure you there's no bolt on this route and if one went up Im sure that it would be chopped within minutes.
