Well, Jay, it is rock climbing and not cycling so the term "rest" is technically just a pause on the action and the chance to shake out, not relax on the sofa, ledge, or handle bars. Saxfiend indicates that it appears all of Kayte's muscles are engaged, and as the photo shows she has all four limbs on the rock, "resting" or not. Other than the kneebar, it would be difficult for the casual observer to know that Kayte is "resting."
