Is this rock any good? It looks protectable with gear.

The rock is good quality and route is super fun. However, like many routes at Shelf, it probably could be gear protected.

If you like nuts and cams in limestone....go ahead! Limestone doesn't compact...it gets crushed and pulverised. Can be lethal when you apply the sort of forces a cam yields during a fall.
