Warning Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures DetailsDrop down

Description Suggest change

A moderate thin crack at the start leads onto the upper face where two bolts protect somewhat delicate smears to the summit. Gear belay and walk off, or rap from the anchor atop Slim Pickings.

  • Fun climbing, easy access and a warm location make this a good choice on those cooler days.

Location Suggest change

Located on the south face of Cap Rock, almost directly above the parking lot, this route follows the prominent left crack to the face above.

Protection Suggest change

Gear to 2.5 inches, 2 bolts (3/8")
