Description

This area is new for Mountain Project, and is just getting started. Feel free to contribute!

Located in the South end of Railay East Beach. Easily found by looking for crowds of beginners and guides teaching lessons. Walk past the entrance to the Phra Nang Beach area and pass the Muay Thai Wall. There is a large cave on the 1-2-3 Wall.

Getting There

Take a stroll in your flip flops down the beach. Easy walk from Railay West through resort paths, or a trek (1/2 hr) from Tonsai Bay over the steeper jungle trail from Tonsai Road.

This route starts in a right-facing dihedral and heads up relatively easy terrain for a few clips. Two routes share this start and this route heads up and to the right after they diverge. The route steepens from here and although things get quite steep towards the top, the holds are almost always good. The rock is polished in places but there are good feet when you need them....[more]   Browse More Classics in International

Agree. If you have your eye on anything at this wall you'll want to be here before 8am or after ~4pm. Otherwise, the wall is dominated by guides and their clients. Being a short walk from the hotels of Railay East, though, the wall is close and convenient.
