Comments: This area might not be a destination area, but if you are residing in the area you need to check it out. Its impressive to realize these routes were all put up on lead. The routes are all solid and well bolted. There isn't any sign of a trail this year. The best route is to hike towards the gully located between the climbs at the base of the cliff.

Comments: Ascends east facing slab on the main wall through 8 bolts to chain anchors. 5.8+ "Crux" at the second bolt the rest of the climb is mostly 5.7. This route may be considered a Cedar classic.

  • *NEVER climb the lower pitch with another party above you. They will be pitching choss off the top.**

Optional second pitch- 5.9
Continue past the chain anchors up slab for 3-4 bolts. You then meet a vertical face. Prepare your self for some serious choss the higher you go. Pass 3 bolts ending on a nice... more >>

Comments: Route ascends a steep ramp through three bolts creating some fun but awkward moves. It then heads straight up through 3 bolts to a two bolt anchor. A 5.11 R extension is possible by continuing from the anchors through the sandy "gutter" and ending on the chains for kingpin.

If you aren't confident on the intro moves you can easily climb just above the route up and clip the first bolt. I watched someone take fall after slipping on the first move. They were luckily using a spotter which saved th... more >>

Comments: The route is great! The intro move is Hard but it eases up after that. With a direct start under the first bolt it felt more 11b. I am only 5' 7" may be easier for taller climbers. Either way is a great climb for someone looking for a challenge to get off the ground. The moves up top are worth any effort it takes you at the start.

Comments: The second pitch of kingpin continues directly up and finishes at the same anchors as the direct route. Excellent pitch becareful of soft rock near the top.

Comments: Someone has stolen the first several bolts (not sure how many), making it unclimbable as a sport route. Whoever took them needs to replace them. If someone has the equipment to rebolt it contact me. I am willing to pay for the new bolts. Its a shame that people can be such jerks.
