More information:
I came to Austin last year for a job after living in the rockies my whole life. Now it's time to get out and get some climbing in, and enjoy the fantastic weather while it lasts.
I'm a decent beginner/intermediate climber, with limited experience. I always climbed with an experienced leader, so I've only lead sport about 5 times and trad maybe twice. On top of that, the last time I climbed extensively was 2007. I'll follow any route 5.9 (maybe 5.10a, my home area is supposedly rated very hard...), and my belay and cleaning skills are good to go. Also, all my gear is taken care of - I've got a rope, two harnesses, shoes, and a full sport rack.
I've got a big climbing trip planned for this summer, and I'm looking for experienced partners who I can brush up on my skills with! There's BEER in it for you, along with a great day outside!
