Comments: Would that fall under hold-manufacturing? Looks like there could almost be a sport line....
BTW, why does that fist crack route stop so low?

Comments: I came soooooo close making the crux moves on lead in its current state. Even with the wingspan, you still have to make a bunch of moves and not gain too much ground in order to hit the arete. PM sent....
I would give it 3 stars if the rest of the route was consistent, but as it stands, it's kind of a piss-hard one move wonder. And the rock is still pretty friable. The crappy footholds that you do get won't last that long either. Unfortunate....

Comments: yeah. i also think there should be another bolt above the second. the holds that look like jugs are really not. i tested the fall a couple of times before getting to the 3rd bolt, and came close to decking. the moves getting to the 3rd are really not that hard, but hard enough that its not worth the risk of decking. if i am up there again and i remember to bring my drill, i will poke one in if no one minds. sounds like the FA, Jean, (above) wouldnt mind.

Comments: "Some routes are more useful as the testament to the possible, a reminder of the past, and an aspiration for the future, than they would be as just another route." -Tony Bubb.
Wow. Can I be the first to say that this is an instant legendary quote? Very nice, Tony.

Comments: opening moves are fun and sporty. decent 0.4 camalot in a horizontal before the roof.
i found good finger locks for the first 10 feet off the ledge, then the business starts. yikes. i got spanked. painfully insecure stacked fingers and crappy feet get you to a jug/lieback then eventually good hand jam rest. i found a 1.5 friend protects the crux nicely. the last part is kind of an enduro test, insecure jams, but at least you have good feet.

Comments: Yeah, Jeremy, tough to grade those two. Both have some height dependent parts, I personally would have given Reefer 10d in my book, but shorter folks think is harder. How about we call Curvaceous an 11 and Reefer 11-?
At any rate, both are good fun and worthy of a lap almost every time I am up there.
