Comments: We thought the 2nd pitch climbing up the arete was more like 5.7. There was options through some shrubs that would probably keep it at 5.5 but didn't look as fun

Comments: No wonder I couldn't find anything. I was looking in the "wrong" area.

Comments: Went out there this past weekend and found the hike in to be not that difficult. We found it with no issues. The river was low and we crossed at the sandy beach and went right into the woods and got to the bridge on the ski trail.

Comments: Dont know if it was just me but getting to the anchors seemed a lot harder than 5.5. I got the good jug on the boulder but couldn't reach the anchors from there. I was a few feet away and had to make a delicate move or two to clip the anchors.

Comments: Heading past from what direction? Theres one that would need some serious cleaning when approaching the boulders(rocky ridge boulders on your left). Theres also a small cliff 30-40' past the boulders. When hiking you are at the top of the overlook. Good trees and boulders to set up a top rope.

Comments: Very fun route. All the pitches had fun interesting climbing. It rained hard on us at the top of pitch 4 but we sat it out and continued up the wet rock to the top. We did the 5.6 variation for pitch 6. It was a great pitch to keep the climbing at a consistent grade. Cant name a favorite pitch. The nortwest passage was my least favorite but the start of it was still fun.

Comments: Finally got on this climb and thought it was fun. The start is tricky but is at the grade using some techniques and not trying to muscle through it.

Comments: Really fun climb amazing granite, and great views. On the 3rd pitch i made it to the belay tree described with inches of rope to spare on my 60m. I went really straight up and ran it out on easy ground instead of moving right to the corner to put in pro. That could be the difference to making it to the belay tree or not. If you do put in more pro there is other trees to build an anchor on just after the wave.

Comments: A hold broke off of this yesterday. I dont think it is an important hold to the climb, it might even make theclimb a bit easier. It was the small crimp flake below the good one asyou move up the slab. The scar now is good to grab as you are balancing up onto the slab
