Location: UT : Wasatch Range : Little Cottonwood Canyon : Great White Icicle Area : Daddy Long Legs (5.9+) By: superagave When: May 2, 2006 | view comment >> | Comments: Man, I love this climb! It's been years since I've done it, but I think that it is an LCC sleeper classic!

Location: UT : Wasatch Range : Little Cottonwood Canyon : Great White Icicle Area : Pandora's Blocks (5.10+) By: superagave When: May 1, 2006 | view comment >> | Comments: No, they actually typify the American twenty something climber - they beg for food, but scoff if not organic, only smoke the finest, drive SUVs and get pissed off about gas prices, and complain about the cost of climbing gear while drinking $9 Lattes! Cheers gentlemen, I'm proud you...

Location: UT : Moab Area : Indian Creek : Battle of the Bulge Buttres... : Think Pink (5.11a) By: superagave When: Feb 28, 2006 | view comment >> | Comments: I have big hands with small fingers (I know, I am a mutant). I found this to be awkward, almost rattle teacups, with the occasional tight fist.

Location: UT : Moab Area : Indian Creek : Battle of the Bulge Buttres... : Crack Attack (5.11-) By: superagave When: Feb 28, 2006 | view comment >> | Comments: Tony and Ben are both right (just like an after school special). The big cam isn't needed, but it sure adds to the comfort. I will say that if you do opt for the biggun, put a long runner on it.

Location: UT : Moab Area : Indian Creek : Battle of the Bulge Buttres... : Black Corner (5.11) By: superagave When: Feb 28, 2006 | view comment >> | Comments: I too would call this one of my top faves, better than BOB, but not as good as Crack Attack. The variance keeps it interesting, and the rests keep it within in the realms of those of us less than immortal. If you fancy yourself a 5.11 Creek leader, you won't be disappointed.

Location: UT : Moab Area : Indian Creek : Supercrack Buttress : Unnamed (5.9) By: superagave When: Feb 28, 2006 | view comment >> | Comments: Ratings, ratings, ratings. How subjective they are. Though short, I found the difficulty to be similar to other 5.10s that I have climbed at the Creek - makes you pant, but not outrageously hard. I found getting around the bulge the crux, but maybe that's because I am tall, and had a much bigger arse the last time I got on it!
Cheers!
