Comments: Always considered this one mildly long pitch and never knew anyone that did it as 2...didnt need a bolt added unless carrying an extra rope up that steep trail was too much of a burden. just a random lurkers opinion though

Comments: Name of this route is Jimmy Durante, rated 5.9R. FA was Matt Kindred, Jorge Visser and Mike Anderson.

Location: UT : Saint George : Snow Canyon State Park : Island In The Sky : Sand Dunes : Leopard Skin (5.7)

Comments: The belay bolts on the pillar are still there. The above description is wrong. Leopard skin and gratitude share the same start, with leopard skin heading right to the crack and to the top of the pillar.

The start described above is an older variation that is a bit harder than the original, and climbs up the ramp into the shallow left facing corner(about 100' to the right of the established start) and finishes at the top of the second pitch as described above.

Comments: FYI There has always been a variation on Kindred Spirits. The left line had 3 bolts, the right 4. When the new pitches were added, someone felt it was necessary to add 2 bolts to the first pitch, not unexpected considering...

Comments: Think you have the wrong route. Don't know the name of this one, but Right Toilet Crack pretty much shares the same start as Left TC. Right is 5 pitches now, according to Birds new guide book, 2 pitches added in 2000. I've only done the first three, and they come in at solid 10. I think the FA on both Left and Right TC were done by J. Tainio, not sure exactly when though.

Comments: Left Toilet Crack has at least two established pitches. My partner and I climbed the chimney/gash from the ledge after the dirty chimney to bulge into dihedral pitch,to a ledge on the right(can be seen in new guide book pics). Climbed one more short pitch to a single bolt anchor not much higher.
