Comments: just climb this route and it was great, but you don't need me to tell you this. I bet I bet I Hung out under the roof for about 10 minutes, before committing to the move. It was almost like cocaine, once I was done climbing I wanted to do it again.

I am blown away by the picture of Clark Jacobs free soloing this in the guide book.

Anybody else get sapped in the left crack right underneath the tree. I wonder if it made me stick better?

Comments: The only reason why i give this route 3 stars is for the true adventure that climbing courthouse was. Other then the adventure the rock was scary and portable. when I climbed it we were able to climb in 3 long pitches and then we soloed to the top of the formation. For me I found that the hardest part of the route was coming out of the first roof. ON our approach to the climb we missed our exit from some conflicting information. IN the Guide book it show in the picture to exit 51, but says 81.... more >>

Comments: Well I went to this place about three weeks ago and it turned out not to be as exciting as i thought it was going to be. Looks like a good place for a local crag, but i think that the area need to be respected a little bit more. I was definitely disappointed to see the rocks and area so heavily did respected. Also this is a long shot, but if any one happened to find a knife in the parking lot I lost one on my road trip and I think that i might have dropped it around there.

Comments: this area is good for what it is, but i would not try to go there if you are not in the area. most of the place has people either cutting down trees or the problems have paintball shots on them. It is really not the effort. Overall i would just not go there.

Comments: I fully support the show and tell ethic. it reminds me of the stories i have heard of other climbing area in AZ like Granite Mt and Paradise forks. Lovejoy has told me stories of the early days of GM and how only few people where climbing there and how it keep the mountain quiet and peacefully. Stay strong and keep your climbing areas as secrets as you want, because once the circus arrives in town the fun will be over.

Comments: This Wall is really not worth the hike not unless your from the area and maybe want to try somthing that is not in Idyllwild. Even still most of the time this wall is balls hot and not to much of a reward for the long hike. But Since no one ever looks at this place non of this matters any way.

Comments: I would alos like to thank who ever has replaced most of the bolts on the climbs on the crags behind the camp. They have made my life alot easier and the climbing safer.
