Comments: This route is beyond Classic! Some of the best rock I have ever climbed. The 5.12 pitch off of 2 boulder bivy is freakin' amazing!

Comments: Major props to the FA party for finding this gem. Expect a full day to climb and get off this thing as the descent is long. It was hard to get the usual alpine start, because it takes longer for the sun to hit the base of the route being so tucked back in the gorge. All the 5.11 sections seemed a bit soft, but in the end you'll feel like you've climbed something. Route finding was a bit tricky in sections but no big deal. Comments: Thanks, Brad. This angle doesn't do justice to how steep this climb is. I was really crunched for time and didn't set up for the best angle I think. We plan on going up again, so I can shoot Matt and do justice to the route.

Comments: I was working this thing a couple years ago in the fall. I came back in the spring to try it again and it appeared that the nut had shifted down further to the bottom opening of the slot. I feel it will most likely blow sometime if fallen on. I took a couple big rides on it too. Listen to what Hank says...yikes! Otherwise, it's a totally bitchn' route! Josh, I'll go up there with ya.

Comments: Yo Charles! On my first onsight attempt, I almost crapped myself starring down at the potenial fall from that stance. There are some rather sharp edges in the fall zone for that one. Getting to the 2nd clip surely keeps your attention!

Comments: Yaaaay! It goes! Also, the above description of the route makes little sense. From the belay you climb slightly right and up to a bulge. Clip the 3rd bolt and do a wild traverse left about 6-8 feet then straight up under the big roof. Make a dicey clip of the 4th bolt then traverse right to a powerful move and finish on jugs.
