Comments: Nick: Definitely a loose block. It would be at foot level when standing up in tomb. Don't know if it qualifies as "death block" however. Agree it is a very nice route.

Comments: Climbed some easy routes at Elephant Rocks yesterday. Eyeballed "Clearasil Spattered Fantasies" for the future. Question? Swartling's "new", 3rd Edition gives this a 5.9 and MP and the 2nd edition gives it a 5.10b. Quite a difference. Misprint in new book or downgraded? Thoughts? I know.... "git on it" and see.

Comments: I agree that Ibex is an awesome climb. Was availble to pull it a few years back but I doubt I could touch it today. Set a a rope on lost face as well and you can play all day!

Comments: I've not visited Owen's Rock but it is clearly marked on the updated Delorme's "Atlas and Gazetteer of Wisconsin". Take 73 west from I39 near Plainfield (not Coloma). Look for CR D (as 73 runs right into it). About two miles on CR D make a left (south) on CR W. Owens Rock looks to be about a half mile down the road.
The map shows that CR D does indeed intersect with CR W. The intersection is WEST of CR G.
