Comments: Added a bunch of unposted problems for the area that Matt Lisenby had posted beta photos for previously. I haven't sent many of them, but I feel that many of these are phenomenal and deserve recognition. If you have any information regarding them, please let me know, and I'll correct it or add it to them.

Comments: Cleaned and sent probably the easiest problem on this boulder today. There are likely three other problems that are MUCH harder in difficulty, they have been cleaned, and they're great looking. Anyone have any information on it?

Comments: Since I started projecting a problem on the boulder a few weeks ago, someone flew off the highway's corner and crashed into its south face. Looks like the juniper tree absorbed most, if not all of the energy, but it pretty much destroyed it. Curious if anyone heard about the accident or how the occupant(s) fared?

Comments: @ErinA & @Will Sharp. I'm really sad to hear this happened to both of you. Curious if either of you reported the incident to the Mesa County Sheriff's Office? I can't imagine it will help out your cause, but it may help someone down the line. If you're not comfortable doing so, please feel free to PM me the details, and I'll give a report.

Comments: Turns out the ice had nothing to do with it. Just needed more determination, I guess. Managed to add the sit start today. Just a few additional moves, but it certainly increased the quality and difficulty.

Comments: In Bob Horan's guidebook, Bouldering Colorado, he mentions an area named B.C.'s Western Boulders. The map shows the area located west of Bone Park and Triangle areas. Unfortunately, only a few boulders are mentioned, and there are no pictures and few details of their location. In reality, the book raises more questions than answers.

Does anyone know any details regarding the area's location. Equally important, I'm curious if anyone knows who B.C. is?

Comments: I have always wondered who built the trails that access the Mecca area, particularly the trails that wind through the Blue Moon > Pink Floyd > Southie areas below the cliff band.

I've heard a few different stories: an old cross-country running route, or Steve Cheyney created it to access the bouldering area.

Anyway, I've used it on hundreds of occasions now, and I'm absolutely appreciative of its existence, and I'm curious where it came from.

Anyone know anything?

Comments: Managed to add a sit start to the problem today. Bumped up the grade a few notches along with the quality. The sit really completes the problem, as it adds a difficult dyno and several more moves.
