Listen to the warnings regarding bug-spray!!!  I believe this is the 'bulge' that is mentioned in several comments. This belay was the end of our third pitch.  Looking down pitches 1 and 2 of Triple Exposure from the chain anchors  Sunlight Peak  Austin leading P3.
