I've been climbing for awhile now, and I supposed I've climbed a lot of stuff. I think I've reached the point where I'm considered one of the "old" guys, in that everyone I see at the gym or crag seems to be getting younger than me. I like to look at pretty pictures and discuss training, which is necessary to climb hard at my age.

This is my hangboard setup in my basement. Key features are:<br />- pulley system for removing weight<br />- screw on pinches and tiny crimps<br />- chalk bag<br />- stop watch for timing reps and rest<br />- fans
