Comments: Just out of curiosity. If the start is a V4 boulder problem wouldn't that make this climb a 5.11 if you used the hardest move(s) to judge a climb? Like I said just curious and with all respect. None the less congrats to you Gents on what looks like a great climb. Jack free-soloed the beginning? BA Great to see new development going down in this area. Robbie always talked about how awesome it looked. I will definitely have to get up there soon. Cheers bud!

Comments: All the trees around this area have been removed making the campground boulder very obvious. Kind of sad looks so open and bare around this.

Comments: I think holds have broke. It looks like 3 big hold scars on the rock. Was this originally like this. It looks hard now. Maybe I'm not looking at the right holds.

Comments: Cindy Tolles Guide The Needles Of South Dakota Describe this route as Good Protection. The route begins in a alcove just left of the overhang. Follows the bolt line to a good ledge( 145' pitch 1) continue up interesting terrain to the top. Second pitch (5.8). Thats all I can help out with.

Comments: With the new Ramp this route is about 5.10ish. Bouldery start is what makes this route. The rest of the route is ehhh... until you get to the top above the small ledge to climbers right and it gets a little thin. Recently saw a Free Solo by a local.

Comments: WOW. As I checked in at BM this weekend I couldn't help but over hear some people talking in the office about the quarry area and rocks being moved in the quarry iteself as well as the north end cliffs that run behind. I went to check this out for myself and everything looked like it normally would. Until I stumbled upon this problem. Someone had the need to bring a hacksaw into a STATE PARK with the intention to cut down a tree. The tree in the picture was cut down, rocks have been removed and ... more >>

Comments: Nice tall Problem. Solid holds for the most part going up. More so exposure keeps running in the back of your mind. None the less probably a solid V4.

Comments: The cube has another route to the right of the corner route. As for "The Chamber" that was the first bouldering boulder problem I did at BM it would have taken place in either 08/09 with Justin E. We had a name for it and would warm up on the formation before hitting the cube. There are also 2 other known problems in the area that are really really solid.

Comments: Could probably Trad lead if you have what it takes. It would be whipping on small gear. Myself and Mike D have almost made it go threw on gear. SKETCHY for the bold.

Comments: The first time I got on this. I also started from the far left and traversed over to where chuck started in F.A. Is it still graded the same i didn't think the traverse way was hard.

Comments: I think i've only seen one person rope up everyone i know boulders it. As for the trad theres plenty of routes in Pali that can be Trad depending on your level of being comfortable. I just watched a kid get half way up leading on Aloha never think the impossible. Yes there are run outs but doesn't mean you can't trad it. Say some professional happened to stop threw what may seem hard to the common climber may seem simple to a 5.13 trad climber.
