The scramble up to the climb is VERY steep 4th class. Highly recommend a rope if you're taking an inexperienced climber up. Don't miss it!

Comments: I wouldn't say the approach is exactly short... 3 hour hike in, last bit pretty steep. Just sayin. However there ARE lines at the Aguja SOMETIMES (in 2 weeks there saw 2-3 parties that had to wait). If it's busy, El Abuelo, M2 is FANTASTIC. This is a do not miss destination, especially if you don't have enough of a rack/experience for Cochamo. IF YOU ARE TAKING PUBLIC BUSES: Be warned. Comments: If you're an experienced climber comfortable at this grade and not lookin for the easiest climb out there I'd skip this one. and the last pitch is pointless. Way better climbs out there in this grade.

Comments: This is a great climb. Bring a c3 #2 if you have one, haven't found anything else that'll fit the first placement. Took 2 falls before redpointing... :p great climb, don't miss it! And TR'ing this one is really easy fyi.

Comments: Great climb, but bring a big cam if you have one... felt pg13 on the OW. There IS a chockstone part way up, maybe there used to be another?? Biggest cam I had was a Camalot #3 and the exposure was very spicy. Soon as I got back from this picked up a #5...

Comments: Wonderful climb. The exposure on P2 is pretty stiff after the traverse. Bring a big cam if you have it, the wonderful hand crack is a weird OW size for the first few moves and feels VERY exposed if you don't have a big piece. Without it a fall would be very ill advised...
