Comments: To access this crack as a lead, one can rap in or scramble down behind a huge flake, then contour northward on a small, exposed sloper/dirt ledge system to the base of the route. This ledge looks like it can access additional FAs further north along the good rock cliff band.

Comments: So . . . three years now . . . .
I was up here the other day, and it looks like it's cleaning up nicely; anyone climbed here or up the road and have an opinion/photograph they want to share?

Comments: Hmmnn... another recollection: In the corridor which leads to the steps up Ceremonial, we did a repeat of an old route which ascends the face on the right as one is going up. It was mossy, but had good holds and an exciting finish. If I remember right, one can scramble off the top from the north side of this same formation...

Comments: South of the p. lot where the whale is painted, along the trail, as it turns up steps to ascend to the top of yet another outcrop, we led a route which starts RIGHT off the steps/trail. It was very dynamic, as I recall, and hard. Any info.?

Comments: We tossed a rope down this and TR'd out via a couple different routes; it had looked like someone had been on it before us, but who knows- good lead!
