Comments: This route is nothing like Genesis, the only similarity would be the bolts. Mental Block Party has fun movement going left and right and left on vertical rock with rests after every move. I don't think there is a crux on this climb.

Comments: Led it with no extra pro, thought it was well protected... maybe there is a new bolt because I found no run outs.

Comments: Found some loose stuff on this route, would be 3 stars once it cleans some. Hard moves after the 3rd bolt!

Comments: This route is cool, probably more like a 5.8+ .. Lead without using any cam and I never felt insecure, however, a fall trying to pull that move could be painful. Will repeat.

Comments: I didn't think the trail was that bad, I took it all the way to the top of Stormwatch. Some slippery sandy sections could use some solid rock stances but honestly this trail was no worse than many other Arizona climber's trails... Lots of new hardware on the routes at Stormwatch. Very much appreciated!

Comments: Does anyone know info on the climb between The Throne and Universe Wall? It's a really nice looking bolted line going over a series of 3 or 4 bulges with a crux maybe at the second to last bulge??

Also... There is a brand spankin' new, fantastic bolted line just left of Moon Line on the Universe Wall. It felt like 9+ or 10- depending how you accomplish the crux before the 3rd bolt. I must say, this is the best sport line I have climbed in the area. It's 6 bolts to a chain anchor. Get on it!! I ... more >>

Comments: Another cool climb to do while in the area. I think that the bolts were unnecessary, however.

Comments: Was worth it for the first 15 ft, I clipped the bolt then dropped in a small tricam and made the fun move. Walk to summit from there and do the jump across for added fun.

Comments: As of 9/3/12 there were about 20+ wasps hanging out on the finger crack. Noticed them while rapping MM.

Comments: The block is now gone. I found only one crux below the #3 placement (which I walked up) and it was mainly due to the wasps landing on my hands while trying to rest. Great climb, this, Amateur Hour and Answered Prayers are the "must do 5.9s" at The Look.

Comments: Safe and well protected. Very fun crack once you get into it, the start keeps it at 3 stars. Also, including the first choss pitch there were only 3 pitches total. Rap/Belay stations are in place as well.

Comments: Not a horrible route, the roof part was really reachy (or I just made it that way). This crag is super warm and this was New Years Day, I assume it's ungodly hot in the spring-fall.
Also, I think this route is called Pink Hot Tub...

Comments: the first two clips are high on the route, very straight forward though.
