My soul has always been connected to the mountains and to climbing. A large part of my spiritual life over the years is about getting into the mountains and being outside and climbing. I have climbed for 25 years and still have the same passion for the sport that I always have had. I am looking to meet good people with the common goal of athletic improvement and improving as climbers. My goals are to stay fit, climb lots, and have fun doing it. A persons positive attitude and safety conciousness is more important than ability.

Up high on the route.The upper part of this route after the crux is extremely ejoyable 9 & 10 culminating in a nice 10b crux right where this picture was taken.  Setting up for the crux slab.   This super cool route runs pretty much up the ropeline, slightly to the left of the rope here and there. Note: The rope in the photo reaches the big ledge no problem because it is a Blue Water 9.7 X 70m.A 60 barely lowers to the ledge under the first bolt.  This veiw was taken from atop a tower in the Debutante's Ball, Escape Artist area.   This is the really veiw from the belay. At this point we are probably about 800 ft above the river with massive exposure on both sides of the arete.
