More information:
Started climbing May 2006 on a camping trip to Vedauwoo and was immediately hooked. For the first few months I did mainly sport climbing, then gradually began to lead trad, and recently embarked on alpine routes. I love the art of climbing - figuring out "problems" on the rock with balancing acts and gymnastic moves. Though I don't boulder outside much (too scared of injury from falling) I enjoy going to The Spot in the winter. I love leading sport or trad when in the right mindset.

John towards the end of pitch 2 of Tee Pee Tower.  Climber on Neurosurgeon.  After the single rap from the Red Dihedral final pitches, scramble down the left gully to avoid getting cliffed-out.  If you can see the suspended plank, you are at or near the rap station after finishing the last pitches of the Red Dihedral.  Cairn marking the rap after finishing the last pitches of the Red Dihedral. The rap is to the skier's left, roughly on the south face of the formation.
