Comments: This really is a quiet area, and I don't know whether it's private land or not, so please be considerate when visiting. There are many summer homes and camps around the pond, and winter parking is directly in front of someone's house. Keep a low profile, give a friendly hello to anyone you meet, and hopefully all will continue to be well.

Comments: Thanks Matt. For some reason I can't keep the Round Pond boulders straight. Wonder if it'd be worth dividing things up a la Boulder Natural.

Comments: To the right of this line is a cool little party trick problem. Not sure what it's called. Starts on two three quarter undercling crimps. Establish your feet on the boulder and jump to the lip. Best problem in the park! Always gives me a chuckle to do this thing.

Comments: I did a line from the same start, but moved left from the first jug. Is that Cause for Commotion?

Comments: Did the variation/direct finish yesterday (After first move, undercling the crack and make a long reach with the right to a crimp. Bryce, did you mention this? Can't remember where I heard about it). Probably a touch harder than the classic version, though I didn't think it was quite as fun either.

Comments: Must have been this spring. I was there last fall and the bridge was fully intact. Yikes.

Comments: All I really remember is the sequence beginning from the sharp right hand 3/4 undercling. From there, you reach out left to a triangle hold (maybe using an intermediate), then I matched there and went up with the left hand to the obvious break above the lip. Then it's a funky match and high backstep to reach the top and walk off. I think. I could give you the blow-by-blow if I were standing there, but from my keyboard that's the best I can do.

Comments: May be old news by now, but the big tree right next to Gun Show has fallen, taking out the little tree next to Bulletproof and complicating the downclimb off Kalbro.

Comments: Aha. It actually looks like there is no admin for Vermont. Maybe we should nominate someone?

Comments: Chris - since you're an admin, can you delete this page. I created a new one in the correct area. Thanks.

Comments: I'd give the boulder problem at the bottom V8 and the top half maybe 5.11d. Not sure what that adds up to, but it felt pretty stout to me.

Comments: The start is by far the hardest move. The topout is awkward, but I didn't find it intimidating.

Comments: Cool. Thanks for the info Chris. I assume it starts sitting on the big block just to the right of Impossible and climbs slopers up the arete/roof feature.

Comments: This description is a little odd: the pocket is definitely sharp, but you can easily get four fingers in it, and it's even crimpable. Also - anyone think that the right exit (which I've heard referred to as "the Improbable Problem") is worth it's own entry? I think it's probably a touch harder than Impossible, but not a full grade harder.

Comments: There's a one-move sit start that goes at V10. Find a crimp and side-pull about in the middle of the cave, make a hard move to gain the rail, and top out as for Caver's.

Comments: Definitely a worthwhile problem, though a bit sharp. The topout may be dirty, so a pre-brushing wouldn't hurt if you're planning to hop on this.

Comments: Nice problem. The pockets are definitely not monos, and one of them is more like a crimp than a pocket, but they're still cool and unusual features (especially for NE granite). There are also decent holds on the arete below the key spot. Most of the difficulty of the problems lies in committing to the last move.
