Comments: The first buttress is 3-4 pitches, around 5.7-5.8. Pretty easy. I think a fist size cam is nice to have.

The ridge is cruiser, 2-3rd class.

From the notch to the top is another 3-4 pitches, as well as the crux.

Comments: The wall you are describing has been climbed many times before. At least four routes as of 2004. There are bolted anchors in two places to facilitate an easy descent.

Comments: A flash flood has carved a 6' plus deep trench in front of the first three climbs on the left side EIS, Raindrops on Lichen and Your Little Sister. The flood washed out a good section of the approach trail. Be careful approaching the climbs by hiking up through the trench.

Comments: The start is not visible in the photo. It is around the corner to the left of the shaded buttress at the bottom center of the photo.

Comments: This is a great climb. It can be a little wet in the spring. The in-obvious crux moves are awesome. The last bit to the bolts can be a little "crusty". Good eye Marc, way to pick 'em.

Comments: If the name is wrong blame the locals from Teasdale (they also rate it 5.9)...I'll try to double check the route name with a guy who's putting together a new guidebook for the area. And as for the dirt-festival next-door to the right...that thing is the dirtiest route I've been on in the Reef, but if you like cleaning your cams after one 60 foot pitch...go for it.

Comments: it is all good fun...i am sorry about the heated exchange.
and much respect should be given to the Ruckman's contribution to the climbing community. Brett truly had a gifted eye when it came to scoping out new lines, at least when Steve Hong didn't get to them first.
