Comments: From the anchor, with a directional or two you can toprope the dihedral to the left. Probably 12- with some really desperate tip-liebacking.

Comments: Be careful pulling the ropes around the constriction below the anchors. Even with this in mind, I managed to get mine stuck. The second time, I pulled it as far left as I could from the base of the route and got it down.

Comments: After about a half an hour of driving around aimlessly this weekend, I thought I'd submit "alternate" directions.
From the Vedauwoo road exit, turn left and you will come to a paved frontage road. Turn right, drive for about two miles and turn right on blair road. This is 705. Continue for several miles. You will see a sign saying that you are entering Medicine Bow. You are looking for the 707 right turn off. There is a patch of grass and trees in the middle of the intersection. The sign... more >>

Comments: I thought this route was really cool. It was longer than most routes in Boulder Canyon and fairly sustained. I had a great time on it.

Comments: Has anyone had problems finding the walk off? I did "The Vampire" today, and had a hell of a time finding it. Actually, I don't think we ever did. Eventually, we made it down, but it wasn't exactly a trail. The Rossiter guide made it sound obvious and easy to find. I didn't find that to be the case.

Comments: That's true, they created what otherwise wouldn't exist. Unlike the route developers who chip (vandalize) existing rock to make it climbable.

Comments: Tod Anderson refered to "the Mickey Mouse closure" under the "Ridge I" page. Does that mean that the proposal was accepted? Is Mickey Mouse Wall legally open at this point?
