Update 9/14 - I've been back into climbing for a whole month now, meaning that I've been out climbing twice. I'm up to following 10a with some difficulty and I can now lead 5.8 sport. Not back into trad yet... but that's OK being that I'm still nervous leading easy sport routes.

I'm hoping to be somewhat mentally and physically back up to par by next spring, if I can keep active through the winter.
