The rap off Whale Dome. As you can see, the wind was really blowing the ropes. <br /> <br />We lowered our equipment on one rope and used a reusable cloth grocery bag on the other line hanging below the person going first.  <br /> <br />The first person down then tied off the rope with a little slack so the others could rap down.
