Comments: Climbed this line yesterday and will have to go back next weekend for the redpoint. What an exceptional line with a little bit of everything - big powerful moves on overhanging jugs and crimps to start the climb, straight into a series of finger pockets at about the third & fourth bolt make up the crux, and then a big high step or reach to some sharp coral pinches get you over the bulge to the juggy slab finish. Do take your time and regain your composure on the slab as a fall there would suck.... more >>

Comments: The start to this line is indeed tricky, definitely the crux of the entire route. The first two clips are very balancy, but after those the route mellows out. No comment on the grade, although I will say H20 is a fun route route that you'll be glad you did no matter how many times you slip off the start. Landing is flat, and there's nothing to worry about should you not have a stick clip. Quick update, on the hardware side...almost every bolt is loose, including both anchors. Comments: Left hanger on the anchor is still pretty loose. The bolt is solid. Close to a year after the last post. I'll assume it's been tightened at some point, but just some more emphasis to NOT set up a TR directly though the hangers.

Comments: Either the (5.3 flake) or the direct (5.6+ OW) make for a fun start. I think we'd all agree that the dihedral is where the real fun begins. Great route, simple, fun, enjoy. Don't pull your rope without giving the face route a go on TR. As stated, to the ledge is P1 (10c) of the Sprout Route 11b. For some added fun, stay off the arete all the way to the belay ledge and I'd give the pitch an honest .11+ (IMO). Straight friction and mini crimps, with a nice mantle about half-way up. Will be ... more >>

Comments: My wife and I did some laps on this route yesterday and didn't notice any problems with the bolts or hangers. I realize the previous post was nearly a month and half ago - I will assume it has been fixed. Thanks to whoever put in the work.
