South Six Shooter.  Directly below the apparent high point in the photo is a smooth face split by a left-angling crack.  This variation goes at approx. 5.10a/b and a second pitch will take you straightforwardly to the summit.  Standard route is to the left in the shadows.  Other variations exist  to the right.

Unfortunately, this pitch is simply known as "the pitch after the Wilson Overhang."  You'll definitely want to go for the flake/face climbing to the right of the squeeze!
