I'm dealing with some chronic aches and pains, and mostly climbing easy Flatiron routes. My weekdays are frequently open if I plan ahead. An attentive belayer is critical to my proper headspace while climbing. If you leave big loops of slack in the rope while belaying and/or don't use your belay device per the manufacturer's instructions then we're not meant to be climbing together. I carry hexes and like fat 11mm ropes. My rack should probably be hanging on the wall in Neptune's.
