Comments: It's in the Alabama hills, sorry I can't remember exactly how to find it though. I explored and hiked around all day a couple years ago and stumbled upon it.

Comments: To reach the Rainy Day Roof walk down the dog walk and take a left (west) and walk down the cliff line for four or so minutes. This is the first large roof you will come to with four short sport routes surrounded by two gear routes. The climbs are almost always dry but are short and can be greasy from the condensation, footwork is helpful!

Comments: To find the Promised Land walk due west until you reach the railroad tracks. Once you reach the tracks head south down them until you see a cliff line on your right/west (maybe 1/2 mile). Stay on the tracks until the cliff line starts to recede further west away from you. As this happens watch for the "marker boulder" (a lone boulder sitting by itself in between the tracks and the cliff). As you see this watch for a foot path and take it. This will lead you to the boulder and then to the cl... more >>

Comments: The route primarily follows a prominent black streak for the lower more technical section followed by a five foot wide ledge to a fun overhung finish on great, positive holds

Comments: Ok route - the bottom is much easier if you are taller/have a large ape index. After the opening moves/getting established on the wall the difficulty eases tremendously.

Comments: Fun route! After the thinnish bottom crux it's a short, steep jub haul to the anchors.

Comments: It's 14 bolts but a few can easily and safely be skipped due to the fact that super easy moves and bolts every 4-5 feet in places exist. Don't be discouraged if you don't have a whopping 14 draws.
