Comments: Good bolt placement, negates overuse. You can climb around to the top of the River Wall and TR the routes (really steep and loose or a long bushwhack), but this one has really nasty drag through a groove. Don't lower on belay. Rap this one. Has such great 10d - 13 routes, but they are over shallow water, seems like a great spot for some solo toproping WHEN I get to that level.

Comments: Route has newer Fixe anchors w/rap rings. Lots of monster holds. 5.7+ in my book.

Comments: I like the route itself a lot. Climbed it on TR 11/6. Definitely hard 9+ in its condition. I can see how it would be frustrating on lead with the holds being so greased on the first half.

Comments: Great area! On 11/2, Bruno (5.4- Great Dane) and I (5.8+ Human) went on a scouting mission not knowing that the Crags and Jurassic Park are now fronted by National Park Land (no dogs, even on leash). The crags and Jurassic Park themselves are in the Forest Land, so we looked for a loophole. We started out on the Lily Mtn Trail (which has a NPS post on the left of the start of the trail) and hiked the trail for a few minutes. We took the first deer trail to the left that led up to a possible bou... more >>
